Remember a few months ago, some "vaccine-hesitant" people claim that they are waiting for FDA approval? At least that's what the polls say, that they are "more likely" to vaccinate if FDA gave full approval to the vaccines.
Well, FDA approved the Pfizer COVID vaccine on August 23rd, 2021.
And it's been more than two weeks since then. Did the vaccination rate pick up?
Unsurprisingly, the answer is "NO!" They lied.
TheWhyAxis graphed the "daily vaccine doses administered, 7 day average" from July 10th (start to get really worried about Delta variant) to September 8th, 2021. The vaccination rate actually DROPPED slightly after August 23rd. Please ignore the drop at the beginning of September as it also corresponds with Labor Day festivities and report pauses.
So what was the excuse this time from the antivaxxers?
"The approval was rushed." It used to be "I'm waiting for approval."
They always have one excuse after another.
Remember sign #5 of bullshitters? "Always delay the day of reckoning".
And that's what antivaxxers are doing: bullshitting us. Polluting science discussions with bullshit.
Don't be a COVIDiot. Get vaxxed. #putkidsfirst
